Customer service is very good! After sending an e-mail regarding my order, I received a phone call to let me know that my perfume was out of stock. I was offered a choice to get a full refund, or wait for a back order. Even though I opted for the refund, I was very impressed that I received a response by phone by a "real, live person" and not a computer e-mail. I will definitely order from them again!!!
